Novembers have arrived, and all across the country children are going door to door to ask for delicious treats. In every neighborhood in America, people are busy preparing their homes for trick or treaters.
This year, Fall has been a particularly exciting time since Halloween falls on a Friday night. That means that people have an extra special reason to celebrate, since they can stay up extra late on a school night! Since the day falls on Friday this year, schools are only in session for half days, and everyone gets out early. The teachers don’t want their students to be too tired for trick or treating, so classes end around 11:30.
It’s important that Halloween falls on a Friday night, because this puts the excitement in the air. Every year, more and more children are dressing up to go trick or treating, but Halloween is also one of popular times for adults to dress up too.
What makes this year even more exciting is that the Super Bowl will be held next Sunday – less than a week after Halloween. All the holiday excitement will continue into next weekend, since this year’s Super Bowl is being held in New York City. That means that for 3 days straight – Thursday, Friday, and Saturday – people from every corner of the United States will be coming to town for their own reasons:
For Thursday and Friday, they’ll be here for the football game. And on Saturday, they’ll be here for the Halloween after-parties.
It’s going to be a weekend full of excitement and celebration!

So, how many days until november 5th? Start Counting!
Fall is one of my favorite times of the year, and I wanted to get this across in my article. I chose a topic that would be exciting for adults and children alike. In addition to making sure that it had an excited tone, I also made sure that there was some element of surprise – we don’t know how many days until November 5th, but it’s sooner than you might think!
I tried to make sure that the title I used for this article would catch the attention of my intended audience. Since Halloween is one of my favorite holidays, I tried to use a title that would appeal to someone who has good feelings/memories about the holiday as well. Therefore, I made sure that the title was upbeat and catchy, so it would be memorable.
Finally, I wanted to make sure that my article included a good amount of detail about what makes Fall such a great time of year: especially Halloween. I thought this would help me appeal to people who had shared experiences with the holiday/season as well as give those who haven’t a chance to learn about it for the first time.
